If one knows the IP address of printer then problem can be solved with ease. For the follow the simple guide below:

• You need to go to Devices and Printers option which you can do by Clicking on Control Panel. Then you will see the icons of connected devices including mobiles, Monitor, headphones, CPU, Mouse and printers.
• Now Right click on the Printer whose IP address you want to know. Then click on printer properties option.
  
• In general tab look for location where you will find IP address of your printer.
  

And it’s done.

In case no location shows up in Printer’s properties then make sure to reconnect your cables and check that USB ports are working well.

Now you no need to worry about the connected printers as you can control all the operation with just one click.
